Feel my rhyme cuz 2009 is mine!!!
Happy New Year foolios!!! Koolio here!!! And this is MY year! Not becuz I am officially a full-time poker pro starting today (technically speaking!) but because I’m a damn COW and this is my zodiac year!!! And becuz I’m Chinese, double props to me!! Fo real doh! And I feel the positive chi already as I’m already up a grand playing on Stars! I’m makin’ this year mine! More happiness and more scrilla = more thrilla to just chilla!!!!
I feel good vibes too! Woke up this first 2009 morning and lo n behold who’s on the tube?? Oprah and her show’s about Happiness! And how to be more happy! And if yur not more happy, she’s got a Brit to tell ya how to be more happy! And…the Secret is…the law of attraction!!! Supposedly, happiness comes from within and your outside world can only be happy if your inner self is happy. Uh, ok…right. And how does our inner self become happy??? It’s all about self-acceptance!!! Makes sense. So, I accept that I feel fat and want to lose 10-15 pounds. I accept that bills suck and I will work hard to pay them. I accept Kobe is married and off limits and will search elsewhere. So all this acceptance means I need to make GOALS!!! A HA! Happy New Year!
Ok, so just like all u fools out there, here are my resos: back on diet to lose 10-15 ( i bought this expensive diet shake stuff so i damn well betta drink it, sheeeeet!), playing more Bellagio dailies via satellites and ca$hin, playing more $2/$5 not $1/$2, traveling more (even if it’s just a weekend here and there), cook more cuz I love Food Network in HD, and hittin’ the gym 3-4 times a week to make my gorgeous legs even more damn beautiful!
Now here’s the sad part…after 6 fun years at my job, I’ve been laid off (just like thousands of other fools!) and although it’s been a weird and sad feeling, I am the optimist and see it as a new beginning to finally play full-time and make it or go broke and foreclose by end of ‘09. Yikes! I thought the saddest part about being laid off is having to say goodbye to all the wonderful friends I’ve made through the years but then my boss told me the fun should only just be startin’ cuz my friends will always stay my friends! She is so smart and right! However, I grew fond of my lil corner cubicle and will miss it!! Prime real estate, yo! However, since moving to Vegas permanently 2 months ago, I’ve been so fortunate to have made a handful of good friends that I can trust and rely on. After all, I do live in Vegas! Sheeeeet! Big shout out to A-Wro, Teddy, Pearljammer, XTracey, StuMan, and Emo for being the best Rock Band I’ve ever had!!

I rule! Don’t be jel! My bff is coming tomorrow and it’ll be the first time we get to chill for the entire weekend in Vegas! I gotz so many kool surprises in store and we’ll also chill at QUA Spa. Sweet!!
Ok y’all (I love Paula Deen!), so this be the first of my 2009 bloggin’ and I hope y’all jump on my train cuz this is gonna be one exciting journey, I promise!!! I’m gonna track all’s my expeditions and adventures for ya cuz this COW ain’t grazin’, that’s fo damn sure!! Moooooooooo!!!
